[Deb-scipy-devel] Updates for numpy

Hi all,

   I just built the last numpy version (0.9.8). It's uploaded to the
   usual page [1].

   I am working to adapt numpy to the python policy and fixing some
   relationships. In next days I would like to test numpy before
   upload.

   I am also uploading an update version for matplotlib to fix a couple
   of recent bugs (thanks to Alex for adding it to the svn repo).

   Together with Vittorio Palmisano we are working to prepare the new
   matplotlib version compiled with numpy. I am adding him to the
   project in order he can commit.
