[Deb-scipy-devel] Abandoning maintainership python-f2py/numpy/scipy

Hi,

I'm officially abandoning the maintainership of python-f2py,
python-numpy, python-scipy, and python-scipy-core packages.

I created the initial packages primarily for my own use, but I was
forced to use numpy/scipy on windows on my previous job, and on my new
one I don't get to use it at all, therefore there is no point for me
to maintain them further.

I'm not sure what the exact official procedure in this circumstances,
since all these packages are co-maintained. Also, I'm not a Debian
Developer so I can't set the maintainer to
deb-scipy-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org or packages at qa.debian.org by
myself.

Alexandre, Marco, and Matthias: could you please update the maintainer
fields or enlighten me how should I proceed?
