[Deb-scipy-devel] bringing python-numpy into DPMT

All done. I've committed the changes to the DPMT numpy SVN. Please check.

The package is now lintian clean. However, for some reason, linda
gives me these, which are wrong!:
linda /home/kumar/DPMT/numpy/build-area/python-numpy_1.0.3-2_i386.changes
E: python-numpy; No manual page for binary f2py2.4.
E: python-numpy; No manual page for binary f2py2.5.

I don't know about these:
W: python-numpy; Image file /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/numpy/core/tests/testdata.fits is installed into /usr/lib.
W: python-numpy; Image file /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/numpy/core/tests/testdata.fits is installed into /usr/lib.

Please check my changes. Also, I've added a watch file, and in the
process, found that a new upstream release is available. Please check
that, if you can.
