[Deb-scipy-devel] signal.freqs not working in SciPy

Dear Debian SciPy developers,

Yet again, I renew my request to fix this bug, as this is quite
significant in affecting the functionality of the scipy.signal
module. This bug *has* been fixed by upstream, refer:

So, please just get the trunk version. The fix is this:
