[Deb-scipy-devel] numpy-1.0, and updated scipy and matplotlib for experimental

I'm uploading numpy-1.0.1 and corresponding scipy and matplotlib
versions to experimental.  If these versions don't have major bugs I
propose to upload these to unstable with the goal to get them into
testing.

The current matplotlib has at least one RC bug (calling python2.3 in
the clean target). The other one is a build failure in the
binary-indep target, if the python-matplotlib-data cannot be
found. Can somebody verify the latter?
