[Deb-scipy-devel] Bug#396746: python-numpy-ext merged with python-numpy

In a fresh sid chroot, after having installed python-matplotlib, the
import is almost OK, there's a missing Tk part, which leads to an error
message suggesting to install the `python-tk' package. Maybe this latter
could be added to as a Suggests or as a Recommends.
