End to spam

Sorry, I correct myself.  The list was open to anyone who would include
the list address in the To:.

Now I set it to members only: even if I hate the idea in principle, the
list traffic is very low at this moment and seeing only spam is sad.

The problem is, I can only check administrative requests very seldom, so
if there are legitimate non-member posts, they will take a lot to get
in.

Would someone want to be another moderator for the list?
