+[reminded all contributors and developers that the deadline for propose
+projects and mentors for this year's edition is March the

+[Google Summer of Code](http://code.google.com/soc/) is a program
+that allows students to work over the summer on free software projects,
+paid by Google.  In order to participate this year as well, Debian needs
+to present a list of projects to be proposed to the students:
