[Debburn-devel] Unmodifiable sections in source-code

Hello,
I checked version 1.0~pre2 and it seems that there are quite many
unmodifiable sections in the source.

e.g. in files
  cdrecord/cdrecord.c
  include/xconfig.h.in
  librscg/scsi-remote.c
  libscg/scsi-mac-iokit.c
  libscg/scsihack.c
  scgcheck/scgcheck.c
and several files under libscg (grep for "not allowed")

Is the intent to retain these sections or to remove them?
IMHO they are additional restrictions which are not allowed by GPLv2.
