The CDDA used for the test was created by cdrdao on a CD-RW. It has fake
MCN/ISRC numbers and CD-Text.

wodim is unable to burn a similar CDDA: it does not write the MCN/ISRC
numbers (options mcn= and isrc=) nor the CD-text fields (they are empty)
with the options -useinfo -text. With the textfile= option, CD-text is
written correctly.

Here are the commands used (I did not save the output; I can do it again
if it is needed):

$ cdrdao write --device /dev/hda --speed 16 --driver generic-mmc:0x10
test.toc
$ icedax -D /dev/hda -S 16 -g -O wav -v all -B test
$ wodim dev=/dev/hda speed=8 driveropts=burnfree,noforcespeed fs=32m
-eject -vv -dao -useinfo -text mcn=<something> -audio isrc=<something>

$ icedax -D /dev/hda -J -g -H -v all

Here is what the first icedax command says: CD-Text is present but the
fields are empty; no ISRC present.
I also tried to change some options just in case: dev=ATA:0,0,0 as well
as -raw96r instead of -dao. It did not work either.

P.S.: The documentation of the mcn= and isrc= options could be clearer,
since the numbers can also be written as CD-text fields.
