A light bug in genisoimage avoid to read correctly the help in console mode.
When you are in _console mode_ : the graphics mode is not installed on 
your computer, it's impossible to read correctly :
genisomage --help

genisomage --help | more or
genisomage --help | less or
genisomage --help > file or
genisomage --help 1>file

don't run.
One solution, not very clever, is installing the graphics mode !
