$ genisoimage -J -r -l -allow-lowercase -o ../yellow.iso .

The important point is that genisoimage (mkisofs) does not copy the
directory name itself into the ISO-9660 filesystem, only its contents.
I don't really agree with this convention, but changing it would break
interface compatibility that a lot of front-end apps rely on.
