Hi,

a segmentation fault originally reported in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=682591 was found in
read_ftoc(...) (readom/readom.c).

Step to reproduce:
1. insert CD
2. readom dev=/dev/dvd
3. type "20" and press <Enter>

Actual results:
Enter selection: 0 (0 - 20)/<cr>:20
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Expected results:
Enter selection: 0 (0 - 20)/<cr>:20

I've prepared simple patch to avoid this error, see the attachment.
