 Recently my system updated mkisofs for genisoimage. I guess it's just me
but the man page doesn't explain as easily as a file I found on how to mount
a squashfs file in order to access contents.
The file I found stated " mount -t squashfs -o loop
/path/to/filesys.squashfs /mnt/squashfs ".
 I also have another question, if Knoppix uses a .sh as the knoppix file
instead of squashfs, then how does one open / access the file. I tried
opening it in gedit but the buffer isn't large enough.
