[Debburn-devel] No "efi-boot" support in the source code "cdrkit-1.1.11.tar.gz"

 I'm trying to build the cdrkit 1.1.11 on Linux OSes and Windows XP, however I find that there is no "efi-boot" support in the source code. It's very weird, right? I see it's OK with the bundled genisoimage on my RHEL6.4, whose version is 1.1.9.
