+You proposed a $session for this years DebConf titled "$title".  As you know
+from our Call for papers [1] we expected you to submit a paper by the 6th of
+April.  We sent several reminders, but so far we have received neither a paper
+nor an answer from you to our mails.

+May I ask what the status of your paper / talk is?  Do you need more time?  Did
+the paper get lost?  Can we help you in any way?
+
+Currently we are preparing the papers to be printed, so we need your answer
+ASAP.  If we havn't received a paper from you when the procedings are printed,
+your talk will be removed from the official schedule and relegated to a BoF
+session.
