+You requested travel sponsorship for the upcoming DebConf6 in Mexico. We
+are happy to announce that your request has been approved and you will
+get sponsored with $AMOUNT USD.
+
+The process to get your money will be modeled similar to the following:
+
+- While DebConf6 is running we have a reception, which will start to
+  accept reimbursement requests around the middle of DebConf.
+
+- The reception will hand out a form for you to fill out, which you need
+  to give back, together with your flight ticket/bill.
+
+- This will be checked, and the amount of sponsorship ($AMOUNT USD) will
+  be confirmed again.
+
+- One day later you can go to the reception again and receive your
+  money.
+
+Note: The details of this process may change, we will announce the final
+process short before reimbursement starts on the MailingList
+debconf-announce at lists.debconf.org[1]. Please follow that list.
+
+We acknowledge that some people may absolutely not be able to prepay for
+their flight ticket. In this case a special procedure is developed to
+get you the money before DebConf. This is an *exception* and should ONLY
+be used if you are really unable to prepay for your ticket.
