+Life's essentials: Money and bottled water
+
+There is an ATM outside of the Oaxtepec vacational complex, in the pharmacy
+(marked in the map with the number 38). It has both a spanish and english user interface.
+In the pharmacy you can also shop 5 liter water bottles for 15MXN (much
+cheaper then in the hotel).

+Bus and Taxi
+
+The Hotel works together with a taxi company since many years without any
+incidents or problems. Only cabs from that company are allowed on the
+compound. Usually there are a few waiting near the reception area.
+
+If not, you can call a taxi or go to the nearby taxi stand, marked in the map with the number 37.
+
+The hotel's reception does not handle Taxi calls but you can order taxis
+ourself using the internal phones of the vacation center. For that please
+use the speed dial button marked "Taxi" or dial 1109. If you dont speak spanish you can say "receptione"
+with a spanish accent and they will most likey come, since there
+is no other reception in the greater area.

+The bus stop is marked with the number 3 in the map. There are three bus
+routes there and they all go to Mexico city in 5 to 10 minute intervals.

+Daytrip to YYY
+
+This year's daytrip will go to YYY. We will leave at 11.00 from the main
+entrance, so even the people rising late have a fair chance of coming along.
+
+The bus ride will take about XXX hours, with a stop in ZZZ.
+
+We will take along food to have a picknick.
+
+YYY is a historical site from the prehispanic periode, build by the aztecs.
+
+We expect to be back at 19:00, well in time for dinner.

+
+Sponsored meals will be servered in the restaurant 
+"Meseta Casa Club", marked with number 19 in the map.
+
+Lunch is at 14:00, dinner at 21:00. Since the restaurant wants to close they will not start serving people arriving after 21:30. 
+The last sponsored meal is dinner on the 21th.
+
+There are other restaurants on the compound listed in the map's legend.
+
+The food tickets are marked with diatary preference, date and meal. 
+Please use the right food tickets from your DebConf6 bag to "pay" for your meal.
+
+Helpers from Debconf will be available for assistance during the sponsord
+meals. 
+
+Due to lack of demand in previous years we don't sponsor breakfast this
+year. You can buy breakfast yourself starting from ~40MXN in restaurant
+Meseta Casa (opens at 9:00) Club or ~55MXN in restaurant La Torre (number
+23 in the map, opens at 8:00). 
+
+Make sure you dink enough in order to prevent dehydration. There are water
+fountains in most of the rooms we use.

+Your reimbursement process
+
+The reimbursement process takes two days.  Please submit your
+reimbursement form (see below) to the sponsorship desk at reception on
+the 14th or 15th of May[1]. At this point, we will check that everything
+needed is attached, and reconfirm the amount of sponsorship you have
+been granted. You can collect your sponsorship on the 15th and 16th of
+May from the same place, allowing one day for us to process your
+form. You will then need to sign a receipt to show that you've received
+your money.
+
+[1] Exact times will be sent to debconf-announce at lists.debconf.org at
+    least one day before this starts, so please follow that list, even
+    if you are having lots of fun at DebConf!
+
+This year we decided against international money transfers after the
+event is finished, as they are expensive and reimbursement takes a long
+time using this method.
+
+If you are unable to attend the process on one of those mentioned dates
+(e.g. because you are coming late), please mail to
+sponsorship at debconf.org and we will make altzernative arrangements.
+
+Here is a checklist of what is needed:
+
+- A completely filled out reimbursement form. You can download the form
+  from http://media.debconf.org/dc6/debconf-reimbursement.pdf (or
+  use the OpenOffice Version http://media.debconf.org/dc6/debconf-reimbursement.sxc
+  if you want).
+
+- A copy or printout of all the bills/plane tickets.
+
+- A copy of your passport. This is required by Mexican law, and we
+  are unable to give you any money without it. Of course we will keep
+  your personal data as secure as possible.
+
+- You. :)
+
+In order to make this process as quick and painless as possible for all
+involved, please prepare as much as possible beforehand.
+As we won't have a photocopier in Mexico, we will have to scan
+everything that hasn't been photocopied, which is very time-consuming.
