[dcontrol] Names, code, work (Suggestion for name)

Suggestion for name:

D3C (Debian's Control && Configuration Center)

(Yes, i know it should be DC3, 
but to avoid trouble with Mc-Donnell-Douglas,
who is the mftr. of the DC-3 airplane, 
this is my sugestion)
