[Debexpo-devel] [Patch] Key strength verification

Hello,
I have made a patch to fix to add a small improvement given on the wiki
page. The task was to verify the strength of the uploaded GPG key and warn
users if it is not strong enough for inclusion in Debian keyring. I have
attached the patch file.

I request the members to review the patch and apply if there are no issues
with it.
