[debhelper-devel] Problem using "dh_installinit --onlyscripts"

Hi,

I am contacting you, because I found problem using dh_installinit and I am not certain that is a bug in debhelper.

I going to use nginx package as an example, version 0.7.67 from squeeze, because the code is freely available and the package is easy to compile in jessie.  It have a line "dh_installinit -r --no-start" that does the right thing.  Copies the init script and put the debhelper code into ngix package and leaves the ngix-dbg package alone.  When I add the option "--onlyscripts", it put the debhelper code into both packages and with this breaks the ngix-dbg package.

Where is the problem? Is in my use of dh_installinit --onlyscripts or there is a bug in dh_installinit.
If it is a bug, I will then open a new bug against debhelper package.
