Indeed, I have considered fixing it earlier but never got around to do
it.  Thanks for providing a patch. :)

Excellent. :)  Indeed, SMARTER-BUILDSYSTEMS has not been committed.  It
is a WIP document for summarizing my thoughts on the use-cases.

Done as 3e2178efae2a2ce3ec9b8c56c7709370887a3652, it will be a part of
10.7.3 or 10.8.
