Aye, this was already reported and fixed in git.

That's because of different dependencies solvers used, I expect ppc64 to
be the only one to have chosen to install debhelper from experimental
instead of going with the version in unstable (which would be enough to
satisfy the dependencies), but I won't look at all the logs.
