The dh_installchangelogs invocation in nvidia-graphics-drivers is

	dh_installchangelogs debian/tmp/NVIDIA_Changelog

but dh_missing still reports 

	dh_missing --list-missing
	dh_missing: NVIDIA_Changelog exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
