Crap, indeed you did but I was not CC'd, and your answer hit the bts *after*
I had read the bug report (I didn't send my question to you right away, it
was in my "postponed" folder for a while... and I didn't reread the bug
report before sending).  So, I "never got the memo" :-(

No matter. I apologise for not being as dilligent as usual at being sure I
was not being left out of the loop, and I am happy that in the end it all
means there is no problem anywhere in dh or autotools-dev's contributed dh
module.
