[debhelper-devel] Bug#749400: Acknowledgement (dh_installinit: disable init scripts on removal of package)

I have attached a diff for this that performs the action in postrm.

Another problem I have come across with leaving them enabled is that 
packages with identical binary names do not play nice if you have not 
purged one or the other. Both init scripts are run and try to execute 
the daemon in different ways. One example is nscd and unscd.
