Please submit bug reports for such issues, so that we can keep track of
them.

As for this patch, our policy is to not add translatable strings to an
existing version. However, these specific strings don't seem to harm the
UI, as they only appear in the language list.

If other GNOME maintainers agree, I'm OK for uploading a patched gedit.
