[Debian-arabic-packages] Entering packages into Etch

Hi,

Both aspell-ar-large and ttf-freefarsi finished their 10 days wait in
SID. Normally they would have entered testing right about now.

Due to Etch's release, there is a package freeze, so packages from
unstable don't move automatically to Etch.

You're welcome to write here why in your opinion releasing Etch without
one of the package will be a problem. If the explanation is good enough,
I'll ask the debian release team to approve the request.
