[Debian-arabic-packages] Package follow up!

Hi All,

It's a long long (!) time after making my packages ready for  
upload/further review, but there is no response yet! Please look at  
them and if everything is OK, please upload! ;-)

Also there are some useful packages not related to BiDi, bu I like to  
have them on Debian, like:
