[Debian-arabic-packages] svn commit problem!

Hi,

I've got a working copy of the repository with:

$ svn co svn://svn.debian.org/debian-arabic debian-arabic

then added ttf-freefarsi,

but:

$ svn commit -m "Initial ttf-freefarsi commit."
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Connection is read-only

What's the problem?

I tried:

$ svn co svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/debian-arabic debian-arabic  
--username alanbach-guest

but system does not accept my password.
