Hi,

If you see the problem reported as

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aspell-ku/+bug/106555

you can see that if the package is built without aspell
installed it can have the wrong contents.

You can see the Ubuntu fix for this at

Please consider adding the Build-Depends.
