No one denied this. When Debian followed upstream 1:1 you would not be
able at all to share the dicts between the apps and ship the stuff (at least)
theree times: .oxt for OOo, xpi (or putting it in one dir specific for
the used mozilla product) for Mozilla and on the fs for the rest.
