That explains it all, doesn't it? I am still wondering if we _have_ to use
4.x at all, I switched only reluctantly from 2.95 to 3.3 a while ago, and
now another big jump? I still have 2.77 flying around, why do we need all
those new compilers?

Yeah, the 4.0.2 cross-compiler failed to build...
