OK, found it. Someone on coldfire at lists.wildrice.com with an
@freescale.com told me that it was likely a problem with me using a
kernel for a 548x on a 547x. Sure enough, checking that turned out that
it was wrong, and recompiling fixed it.

Whoops.

Anyway. I'm now having Root-NFS issues, too, but at least with working
output, those can be debugged.
