Not easy to answer. I want people to know it is OFTC because they may
already be on OFTC for other reasons. If I say "irc.debian.org" they
might not know where that points and think "oh no, not another network
to join" ... therefore it is a disincentive to join.
I also want people to know it is irc.debian.org because they should
know we use the "officially blessed by Debian" irc network. But that's
a lesser concern ...
How about changing it to just say irc.oftc.net everywhere, then? I
think the irc.debian.org pointer is just for convenience when people
are looking for us, and doesn't really add any value to mention.
