I got a 901 yesterday.


The problem with the "press Fn+F2, wifi LED switches on and off" is because=
=20
the current /etc/acpi/actions/wireless.sh script assumes that the wifi boar=
d=20
is an atheros - in the 901 and related models, it's not.

The quick & dirty fix for this is replace "ath0" for "ra0", and "ath_pci"=20
for "rt2860sta". Remember to check=20
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEeePC/Model/901 on where to get the stuff for=
=20
the manual install of rt2860sta.

The real fix needs to know whether the model is a 901 or not, and decide wh=
ich=20
interface and which kernel module to use based on that.


I'll do some checking on the bluetooth stuff.
