[Debian-eeepc-devel] installation failure

Weird thing is, it happens to a virgin install.  I would expect to
find more people complaining about this and coming up with fixes.  I
did try to fix it by running apt-get upgrade but the asus xandros debs
don't properly extract, they do pass the checksums, which makes me
paranoid again.

Anywhere the place I bought this cuty will take it back when the
technical department approves.
