This is set in 70-persistant-net.rules in /etc/udev (or possibly
z25-persistant-net.rules depending on udev version. If you look in that
file you'll see your card identified by mac address. You can generally
just delete the file and reload the module and it will get rebuilt, or
you can edit the file.
