but the problem also happens when they're not installed too.

Happens with any page, an example is:

attached is a log that I take with the free command, in loop with a
sleep of 1 second
For more information, I've run iceweasel with parameters -safe-mode and
-g (iceweasel-dbg installed) and got this output:
