[Debian-eeepc-devel] Bug#541426: /etc/default/eeepc-acpi-scripts not classified as configfile?

Package: eeepc-acpi-scripts
Version: 1.1.1
Severity: normal
The file /etc/default/eeepc-acpi-scripts does not seem to be considered a configuration file.
I have /etc/default/eeepc-acpi-scripts.dpkg-new in place and 'apt-get upgrade' does not automatically consider leaving my modified version of the file in place and replacing the .dpkg-new one with
the new file from the package, like other packages do.
This e.g. breaks automatic system updates using 'cron-apt':

What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:
Y or I : install the package maintainer's version
N or O : keep your currently-installed version
D : show the differences between the versions
Z : background this process to examine the situation
The default action is to keep your current version.
*** eeepc-acpi-scripts (Y/I/N/O/D/Z) [default=N] ? dpkg: error processing eeepc-acpi-scripts (--configure):
EOF on stdin at conffile prompt
Errors were encountered while processing:
eeepc-acpi-scripts
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
I would suggest /etc/default/eeepc-acpi-scripts to be classified as a config file so that such updates will run smoothly.
