[Debian-eeepc-devel] Eeepc 1005HA: enabling network

Thank you very much.  I renamed the ath0 to wlan0 in the /etc/network/interfaces file and the wired internet works now.

It seems that the wireless device is present driver-wise, but it can never find a network.  Using an alternative OS, it did find and connect to our wireless router.  With ifup, (or booting up as far as that goes) I get a series of messages regarding DHCPDISCOVER.
