Ok. If we use a normal module option, the kernel won't be able to
provide a warning when it is set at run-time. Setting module
parameters under /sys/module/*/parameters just sets a variable; it
doesn't call into the module.
So I guess we want "force_enable_cpufv" as a new sysfs attribute.
