Screen blanking is already handled, but it is tied to the first
soft-key, which is not available on all models.
To tie it to FnF7, edit /etc/default/eeepc-acpi-scripts and change
"FnF7='handle_mute_toggle'" to "FnF7='handle_blank_screen'". If you
ask me, you better tie that to FnF6, which is not used for anything at
the moment.
