When KMS (kernel mode setting) is used the output names have
a number in the end (VGA1 and LVDS1).
while I intended that it would be:

vga-toggle: Add support for KMS
When KMS (kernel mode setting) is used the output names have
a number in the end (VGA1 and LVDS1).
the summary line (vga-toggle...) is not present. It is not essencial
but makes the shortlog (of gitweb) incomplete as it only presents:
When KMS (kernel mode setting) is used the output names...
instead of:
vga-toggle: Add support for KMS
that makes more sense.
