running `aptitude safe-upgrade` and upgrading for example
DebPkg:ifupdown I see a lot of the following messages.

	insserv: warning: current stop runlevel(s) (0 1 6) of script `eeepc-acpi-scripts' overwrites defaults (empty).

Reading [1][2] I think the LSB headers of DebPkg:eeepc-acpi-scripts have
to be updated.

Should I file a bug report?
