[Debian-eeepc-devel] How does SHE work and what does it modify ?

Hi,

I have an eeepc 1201n with debian lenny + backports + eeepc-scripts and
laptop-mode-tools from sid.

I would like to know what does exactly SHE :
- Which frequencies does it modify in standard, power-saving and
performance modus.
- how can I see these frenquencies in real time ? (with /proc or /sys)
- has the battery level an influence on SHE ?
