[Debian-eeepc-devel] eeepc 900 lxde battery monitor keeps saying 'Battery low'

After some time I have re-enabled the battery monitor on the lxde
panel of my squeeze/sid eeepc 900.

Now it keeps giving me xmessage 'Battery low' warnings, no matter how
charged the battery is.

AFAIK, the acpi readings are correct, judging by acpi -V.

Does anyone else see this behavior?
