<br></blockquote></div><br>AFAIK, all private web/html traffic in Singapore runs through transparent proxies (note that Singapore also censors sites via DNS). However, the problem I see goes away merely by changing the language (locale) setting. I don't see this problem with any other debian repositories.<br>
