As i wrote in my previous message - i think that
Debian.org.il<http://Debian.org.il>is the place because this is a site
for the Israeli Debian users.

Whatsup.org.il <http://Whatsup.org.il> has a lot of traffic and dealing with 
open source in general. the site is very loaded.
Well, this is my own personal opinion.
