Need to figure how to ensure that Hebrew filenames are properly accessible from Linux on local (vfat & ntfs) and remote (samba) filesystems.

Clarification from Shay Sarid:
I speak about reading, renaming the file names in hebrew via Gnome and KDE and after renaming reading the hebrew encoding from a windows system (also important for USB disk on key support)
